【摘要】 目的对喜炎平注射液治疗儿童手足口病的系统评价进行再评价。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、万方数据库及中国生物医学文摘数据库,时间截至2016年9月。采用AMSTAR工具评价纳入研究的方法学质量,由2位研究者根据纳入和排除标准,分别提取符合标准的系统评价和Meta分析,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行再评价分析。结果共纳入8个系统评价/Meta分析,有3篇评分在8分以上,其中报告最差的条目为条目1"是否提供了前期设计方案",对涉及的数据进行再分析表明:喜炎平注射液治疗儿童手足口病多个指标的有效率均高于对照组(P<0.001),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗儿童手足口病具有一定的疗效,且安全性较高。但纳入本研究的证据整体质量偏低,上述结论可能存在一定偏倚,尚需更多高质量系统评价证据予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xiyanping injection on children with Hand-foot-and-mouth disease. METHODS Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and Chinese Biomedical Abstract Database were searched by computer. The time was up to September, 2016. AMSTAR was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included studies. Two reviewers were included in the study. Meta-analysis and meta-analysis were performed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. RevMan 5.3 software was used for reanalysis.RESULTS Eight systematic reviews/meta-analyzes were included, with a score of 8 or more. The poorest entry was entry 1 "providing a preliminary design proposal" The data involved was reanalyzed to display results as follw: the treatment of Hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children is more effective than that of the control group(P <0.001), while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P <0.001). CONCLUSION Xiyanping injection has certain curative effect on children with Hand-foot-mouth disease and its safety is high. However, the overall quality of the evidence in this study is low, leading to biased conclusions, which need more high-quality system evaluation evidence to be verified.更多还原
