托吡卡胺眼用温度敏感原位凝胶兔眼滞留时间和刺激性考察

【摘要】 目的:制备托吡卡胺眼用温度敏感原位凝胶并对其兔眼滞留时间和刺激性进行考察。方法:冷法制备托吡卡胺眼用温度敏感原位凝胶,紫外灯观察标记制剂兔眼给药后的荧光滞留时间;单次、多次给药后不同时间观察兔眼的刺激性情况,按评价标准评价刺激性。结果:托吡卡胺眼用温度敏感原位凝胶的眼部滞留时间是滴眼液的4倍;单次、多次给药后刺激性评分均小于3分,表明对兔眼无刺激性。结论:所制备凝胶眼部滞留时间长,无刺激性,适于眼部应用。
【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to prepare tropicamide thermosensitive in situ eye gel and evaluate its retention time and irritation.Method:Tropicamide thermosensitive gel and drops were labeled with fluorescein sodium,to obtain the retention time.Irritation test was carried out to evaluate the formulation after administration in different time.Results:The retention time in rabbit eye of the gel and drops are 20min and 5min separately.Irritation test shows that thermosensitive gel meets the requirements.Conclusion:The formulation meets the demands for ophthalmic use.
