【摘要】 我国索引专业教育目前缺少具体的教学体系和学位授予单位,但培养"索引专业硕士"的条件已臻成熟,要使索引专业教育迎头赶上,必须走创新发展之路,使受教育者在索引知识学习和索引编纂实践相结合,以培育和传承索引工作的工匠精神和现代索引思维。笔者提出,发展我国的索引专业教育应从专业硕士层面进行突破,贯彻理论联系实际原则,以培养索引专业硕士方向研究生为起点,实施"一核心三分支"的课程体系,采用"做索引中学索引"的崭新教学方式方法,然后从研究生、本科生、专科生等层面构建索引教育的不同层次,在出版专业和图情专业搭建起索引人才梯队。关键之处是认清形势,抓紧落实,突出特色,填补空白,以实际行动来促进我国索引专业教育的创新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s index professional education currently lacks specific teaching systems and degree-granting units, but the conditions for cultivating the "Master of Indexing" are mature. In order for the index professional education to catch up, we must take the way of innovation and development. Through combine the index knowledge learning and indexing practice to cultivate and inherit the craftsmanship of indexing work and modern index thinking of educators. After the discussion, the author proposes that the development of China’s index professional education should break through from the professional master’s level. We should implement the principle of linking theory with practice and take the postgraduate program of graduate students as the starting point.Implement the "one core three branches" curriculum system and adopt the new teaching method of "indexing middle school index". Then, from the graduate students, undergraduates, specialists and other levels to build different levels of indexing education.
