橡胶动力吸振器的抑振特性研究

【摘要】 利用橡胶材料高阻尼、低刚度的特点,本文提出了一种橡胶动力吸振器结构,该橡胶动力吸振器可敷设在动力设备的表面,用于抑制结构的振动与声辐射。基于粘弹性材料的纵向拉伸刚度理论及约束阻尼结构理论,本文提出了一种振动理论建模方法。计算结果表明:所提出的理论建模方法可准确估算橡胶动力吸振器的吸振频率,利用本文理论模型计算的振动响应在整个分析频带上均与有限元模型计算结果一致性良好,验证了本文理论建模方法的有效性。本文建立的橡胶动力吸振器理论模型,可为橡胶动力吸振器抑振特性分析及优化设计提供一种可信且实用的快速预估方法。
【Abstract】 A rubber dynamic vibration absorber is designed in this paper based on the characteristics of large damping and low stiffness of rubber.It can be placed on the surface of the power unit to suppress vibration and acoustic radiation of the structural.A theory modeling method is presented in this paper based on the theory of longitudinal tensile stiffness of viscoelastic material and the theory of constrained damping structure.The calculation result shows that the theoretical modeling method in this paper can accurately predict the vibration absorption frequency of the rubber dynamic vibration absorber.And the vibration responses of the theoretical model presented in this paper and finite element model agree well in the whole analysis frequency band,which verifies the effectiveness of theoretical modeling method.The study in this paper can be an effective and practical method to predict the performance and guide the optimal designs of rubber dynamic vibration absorber.
