基于谱特征提取的脉冲信号类型自动判别方法

【摘要】 在非合作条件下,针对单频和调频这两类在水声领域应用最为广泛的脉冲信号类型判别问题,提出了一种基于频谱特征提取的信号类型自动判别方法。该方法首先对信号的功率谱进行平滑滤波得到其平滑谱,然后提取平滑谱的峰值频率和3dB主瓣所对应的起始和终止频率,并分别计算原始谱和平滑谱的主瓣峰均比。利用单频和调频脉冲信号原始谱和平滑谱主瓣的不同相似程度,设计了原始谱和平滑谱的主瓣相似度特征参量,利用该特征参量与设定门限进行比较,即可实现单频和调频脉冲信号的自动判别。仿真试验表明,在信噪比大于-6dB的条件下,该方法对单频和调频脉冲信号类型的正确判决率高于99%。

【Abstract】 Under the non-cooperative condition,for automatic discrimination of Continuous Wave(CW)and Frequency Modulation(FM)pulse signals,which are widely used in underwater acoustic field,a novel method based on spectrum feature extraction is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the power spectrum of the signal is filtered to get its smoothing spectrum.Then the peak frequency of the smoothing spectrum and its corresponding start and end frequencies of the 3 dB main lobe are extracted.And the peak-to-average ratios of the main lobe for the original and smoothing spectrum are calculated respectively.Similarity degree parameters of the main lobes for the original and smoothing spectrum are designed based on the different characteristics of the main lobe between CW and LFM signals.By comparing the estimated similarity degree with the setting threshold,automatic type discrimination of CW and FM pulse signals can be realized.The simulation results show that the correct type discrimination rate of CW and FM pulse signals is higher than 99% when the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is greater than-6 dB.
