肝包虫病误诊为肝血肿伴脓肿1例

【摘要】 患者男,31岁,西藏日喀则人。因肝脏破裂修补术后引流脓性液体4+月,心累、气促1周于2015年12月入华西医院,诊断为"肝破裂术后伴感染,肝脓肿"。于2016年1月28日行半肝切除术+胆囊切除术,术中诊断:肝包虫病伴感染,术后病检结果:肝包虫病(泡状棘球蚴)。

【Abstract】 The patient was a 31-year-old man from Rikazhe, Tibet. The patient was admitted to west China hospital in December 2015 because of drainage of purulent fluid after post-hepatorrhaphy for 4+ months and shortness of breath heart tired 1+ week. He was diagnosed with liver rupture with infection and liver abscess. Half hepatectomy + cholecystectomy was performed on January 28, 2016. Postoperative pathological results: hepatic echinococcosis(hepatic alveolar echinococcosis).
