不同雷诺数条件下不运动管道车车身壁面切应力特性研究

【摘要】 本研究利用模型试验和理论分析的方法,对不同雷诺数条件下的管道车车身壁面处切应力进行研究。试验结果表明:随着雷诺数的增加,同一断面管道车车身壁面切应力呈现出逐渐增大趋势,同一断面切应力整体变化趋势大致相同;同一雷诺数下,不同断面的切应力变化趋势不同,车后、车前断面切应力值变化较为剧烈,车中断面切应力值变化较为平缓;管道车沿水流方向切应力分量即轴向切应力值较大,且方向均为沿水流方向;管道车沿圆周方向切应力分量即周向切应力值数值较小,且方向为沿断面圆周呈逆时针和顺时针两个方向。

【Abstract】 By using the method of model test and theoretical analysis,the paper aim to measure the shear stress at the wall surface of the pipe car under different Reynolds number conditions.The experimental results show that:with the increase of Reynolds number,the shear stress of the body wall of the same cross-section pipeline vehicle is gradually increasing,and the overall change trend of the same section is roughly the same.Under the same Reynolds number,the shear stress variation trend of different sections is different.The change in shear stress at the rear and front of the pipeline vehicle is more severe,the change in cross-sectional shear stress in the pipeline vehicle is relatively flat.Along the direction of the flow direction,the axial shear stress is larger and the direction is along the flow direction.The value of circumferential shear stress is small,and the circumferential shear stress of the pipeline vehicle is two directions:counterclockwise and clockwise.
