拱形板模架受力性能分析

【摘要】 建立了扣件式钢管脚手架SAP2000有限元模型,考虑钢管剪刀撑、立杆初弯曲、扣件拧紧力矩、施工工况及支座不均匀沉降等不同因素变化,研究该变化对扣件式钢管脚手架整体结构极限承载力及其变形的影响规律。结果表明:钢管剪刀撑的搭设对脚手架极限承载力有显著提升;立杆3‰初弯曲下,结构极限承载力下降5.9%;扣件拧紧力矩为30N·m时,较之于规范最低要求40N·m,结构极限承载力降低35.1%;非对称加载下,结构极限承载力下降39.4%;支座不均匀沉降对该结构极限承载力影响不大,但对变形有较大影响。

【Abstract】 The SAP2000 finite element model of steel tube-coupler scaffold is established.Considering the variation of steel tube shear brace,initial bending of vertical rod,tightening moment of coupler,construction condition and uneven settlement of support,the influence of the variation on ultimate bearing capacity and deformation of steel tube-coupler scaffold is studied.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of scaffolds is significantly increased by the erection of scissors braces; the ultimate bearing capacity of scaffolds decreases by 5.9% under the initial bending of 3‰; the ultimate bearing capacity decreases by 35.1% when the tightening moment of coupler is 30 N · m compared with the minimum requirement of 40 N · m; the ultimate bearing capacity decreases by 39.4% under asymmetric loading; and the uneven settlement of foundation has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of scaffolds,but has great influence on the deformation of the structure.
