桩基托换加固既有建筑物中新旧基础荷载分担比研究
Research of Load Sharing Ratio Between Old and New Foundations in Existing Buildings in Pile Foundation Underpinning Reinforcement

【摘要】 基于变形控制理论,根据加固既有建筑物对变形控制的要求,考虑既有建筑物原有基础与托换桩基础的变形协调,按照刚度分配法,针对既有建筑物原基础的不同种类,分别对原有基础为天然地基上的浅基础和桩基础2种情况建立计算模型进行研究。
【Abstract】 Based on the deformation control theory, according to the requirements of deformation control when reinforces existing buildings, considering the deformation coordination of the original foundation and the underpinning pile foundation of the existing buildings, according to the stiffness distribution method and different types of the original foundation of the existing buildings, the calculation models are established for the two foundations of the shallow foundation and the pile foundation on the natural foundation.
