屈曲约束支撑加固框架结构施工技术
Construction Technology of Frame Structure Reinforcement by Buckling Restrained Brace

【摘要】 屈曲约束支撑是一种新型的承载-耗能受力构件。在使用阶段和结构承受地震作用的情况下,屈曲约束支撑分担水平剪力,从而利用其出色的水平承载能力和刚度减小层间变形,并控制结构的整体稳定。针对某地上8层、地下1层的钢筋混凝土框架结构,首先,合理地进行了屈曲约束支撑的优化设计;其次,对关键施工过程进行了讨论,对不同施工步骤展开分析;最后,结合工程实例对屈曲约束支撑在混凝土框架结构中的应用和施工核心技术进行了总结,并得出该技术在改善结构抗震性能方面具有较强的优越性、是一种有前景的低耗能减震技术的结论。
【Abstract】 The buckling restrained brace is a new typw of load-dissipative member. In the use stage and when the structure bears the earthquake action, the buckling restrained brace constraint support shares the horizontal shear force, so as to use its excellent horizontal bearing capacity and stiffness to reduce the inter-layer deformation and control the overall stability of the structure. In view of the reinforced concrete frame structure of 8 storeys above ground and 1 storey underground, the optimal design of buckling constraint support is carried out reasonably at first. Secondly, the key construction process is discussed and different construction steps are analyzed. Finally, the application of flexure constraint support in the concrete frame structure and the core construction technology are summarized, and it is concluded that the technology has strong ad?vantages in improving the seismic performance of the structure. and it is a promising low-energy damping technology.
