全螺栓连接钢板墙和传统两边连接钢板墙力学性能对比分析

【摘要】 全螺栓连接钢板墙是一种新型的钢板墙结构形式,将钢板分为上下两块,中部通过端板采用螺栓连接,避免了焊接造成的残余应力和残余变形,延性和耗能能力更好。对比分析全螺栓连接钢板墙和两边连接钢板墙和在单向和循环荷载作用下的力学性能,包括初始刚度、承载力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、能量耗散系数和刚度退化等性能,结果表明在单向荷载作用下两种形式的钢板墙初始刚度和承载力较为接近;在循环荷载作用下,全螺栓连接整体耗能能力更好,刚度退化更平缓。全螺栓连接的钢板墙是可以满足建筑工业化、装配化、标准化要求的新型结构形式,在以后的工程应用中值得推广并广泛应用。

【Abstract】 The full-bolted steel plate shear wall is a new type of steel plate wall structure.The steel plate is divided into the upper and lower parts,and the middle section is bolted through the end plate.Therefore,the welding residual stress and residual deformation caused by welding are avoided,so it has better ductility and energy dissipation capacity.The mechanical properties of the steel plate shear wall connected with both sides and the steel plate shear wall with bolt connection under unidirectional and cyclic loading are compared and analyzed.It includes initial stiffness,bearing capacity,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation coefficient and stiffness degradation.The results show that the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of the two types of steel plate wall under unidirectional load are relatively close;the overall energy dissipation capacity of full-bolted connections is better and the stiffness degradation is gentler under cyclic load.It is shown that the full bolted connection is a new type of structure,which can meet the requirements of industrialization,assembly and standardization of buildings.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and widely applying in the future engineering application.
