凯威特-联方型单层网壳结构抗冲击性能研究

【摘要】 以跨度60m的凯威特-联方型单层球面网壳为分析模型,采用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA对其抗冲击性能进行研究。通过大量的算例分析,总结了凯威特-联方型单层网壳的四种冲击响应模式及其分布规律。确定了网壳的最不利冲击点位置,对比了相同用钢量下采用不同杆件截面对结构抗冲击性能的影响,并进行了参数分析,探讨了增大部分杆件的截面、整体提高钢材的屈服强度、适当增加网壳划分频数以及采用轻质屋面材料等对网壳结构抗冲击性能的提升效果。结果表明:合理采用大外径小壁厚的杆件可显著提升网壳的抗冲击性能,局部加强法可在小幅增加成本的基础上获得较好的抗冲击性能提升效果,而整体提高钢材的屈服强度对结构抗冲击性能的提升幅度更大。

【Abstract】 The models of Kiewitt-Lamella single layer reticulated shells with a span of 60 m were built and their impact resistance was studied by using nonlinear FE software LS-DYNA.Four impact response modes and their distribution law were summarized through analyzing a large number of cases.The most unfavorable impact point was determined and the effects of using different cross sections of members on impact resistance of the reticulated shells under the same steel consumption were compared.Moreover,parameter analysis was carried out,and the effects of increasing the cross section area of partial members,improving the yield stress of steel of the whole structure,increasing number of cycles of the structure appropriately and using light roofing materials on improving the impact resistance of the structures were discussed.The results showed that using members with large outer diameter and small wall thickness reasonably could significantly improve the impact resistance of reticulated shells.Increasing the cross section area of partial members could improve the impact resistance of the structures by increasing the cost slightly,and improving the yield stress of steel of the whole structure had a better effect on improving the impact resistance of the reticulated shells.
