某款纯电动汽车采暖系统对续驶里程影响的试验研究

【摘要】 空调冬季采暖对纯电动汽车续驶里程具有很大的影响。本文针对某款热泵加PTC联合采暖的车型,通过程序控制实现各工况下单独工作,研究-10℃、0℃、5℃温度条件下两种采暖方式对续驶里程的影响。试验结果表明,-10℃工况为热泵系统工作的极限温度,采暖效率低,续驶里程短;0℃、5℃工况下,热泵采暖效率较PTC采暖有所提高,但热泵工作时风扇能耗较大,导致节能优势体现不明显。试验为不同环境温度条件下纯电动汽车采暖方式的选择以及开发高效的采暖系统提供了重要参考。

【Abstract】 The heating of air conditioning in winter have great influence on the driving range for pure electric vehicles.Aiming at a combined heating vehicle of the heat pump and PTC,this paper studied the influence of two heating modes on driving range under the temperature condition of -10℃,0℃ and 5℃.The test results showed that the working limit temperature of the heat pump system was-10℃,in that case,the heating efficiency was low and the driving range was small.The heating efficiency of heat pump was higher than that of PTC heating under the temperature condition of 0℃ and 5℃,but the energy consumption of fan was larger when the heat pump worked,which leaded to the energy saving advantage was not obvious.This paper provided an important reference for the choice of heating mode of pure electric vehicle under different ambient temperature conditions,as well as the development of efficient heating system.
