热成形分区零件的贝氏体区域研究

【摘要】 通过改变22MnB5中元素含量,增加Mo元素含量,扩大贝氏体区域,得到全贝氏体组织零件,提高弹性。对M2高强钢板开展热冲压试验、单向拉伸试验,得到不同模具温度对硼钢组织的影响。结果表明:M2钢板热冲压分区冷却后弹性区域得到全贝氏体组织,具有强度较高、塑性好的特点;当M2在高于临界贝氏体转变的淬火冷速冷却时,模具温度对M2钢的综合力学性能仍有一定影响。当模具温度达到420℃时,其抗拉强度达到要求,吸能性最好。
【Abstract】 By changing the element content of 22 MnB5,increasing the Mo element content and expanding the bainite region,the parts with whole bainite structure can be obtained to improve the elasticity.Hot stamping tests and unidirectional tensile tests were carried out on M2 high strength steel plate,and the effect of different die temperatures on the structure of boron steel was obtained.The results show that the whole bainite structure is obtained in the elastic zone of M2 steel sheet after cooling in hot stamping zone,which has the characteristics of high strength and good plasticity;When M2 is quenched and cooled faster than critical bainite transformation temperature,the die temperature still has some influence on the comprehensive mechanical properties of M2 steel.When the die temperature reaches 420 C,its tensile strength meets the requirements and energy absorption is the best.
