基于模态参数对车架裂纹的诊断

【摘要】 就车架在工作过程中可能出现的安全问题,对某牵引车车架的动态特性进行了模态试验与仿真分析。建立了该车架的有限元模型,并分别对无裂纹以及裂纹长度为200mm的车架进行了模态试验,得到了其模态参数。通过对比模态试验与仿真计算得到的前10阶模态的固有频率及振型,说明了所建立的车架的有限元模型具有较好的可信度。对车架在无裂纹以及不同长度裂纹的情况分别进行了模态分析。最后得出结论:裂纹对车架的固有频率和振型都有一定的影响,且车架模态参数与有无裂纹及不同长度裂纹的关系都有一定的规律。为基于模拟仿真对车架裂纹进行诊断提供了理论基础、思路与方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the possible safety issues that may occur during the use of the frame,the dynamic characteristics of a tractor frame are analyzed by modal test and simulation.The finite element model of the frame is established,and the modal test is carried out on the frame with no crack and crack length of 200 mm.Besides,its modal parameters are obtained.By comparing the results of natural frequency and modes of the first 10 order modes which obtained from modal test and simulation,it shows that the finite element model of the established frame has good reliability.The modal analysis of the frame with no crack and different length of the crack are carried out Finally,it is concluded that the crack has a certain influence on the natural frequency and mode of the frame,and there is a certain regularity between modal parameters and whether there is a crack.In addition,the relationship between the modal parameters of the frame and the crack with different length also has a certain regularity.This study provides a theoretical basis,idea and method for the diagnosis of frame cracks based on simulation.
