三倍体虹鳟饲料蛋白质需要量的研究

【摘要】 为了研究三倍体虹鳟蛋白质需要量(初始平均体重:233g),本实验配制了6种蛋白水平递增的等能等脂饲料(31.6%,35.4%,40.7%,43.3%,45.8%和52.4%),进行了为期80天的养殖试验。每种饲料投喂4个淡水网箱作为养殖重复,每个网箱养殖100条鱼。养殖结束后进行采样分析,结果表明,在饲料脂肪含量为20%(总能量为22kJ/g)时,三倍体虹鳟的饲料蛋白质需求为45.8%。最适饲料蛋白质水平提高了蛋白质的消化和吸收能力。饲料蛋白质水平过低(31.6%-35.4%)可能导致肝脏的氧化损伤,而饲料蛋白质水平过高(52.4%)可能会限制鱼类对小肽的吸收。本文系国家自然基金(31560722),青海省科技厅项目(2016-NK-135)的部分成果。

【Abstract】 An 80-day feeding trial was conducted to assess the dietary protein requirement of triploid rainbow trout(initial average weight: 233 g). Six isolipidic and isoenengetic diets were formulated to contain increasing levels of protein(31.6, 35.4, 40.7, 43.3, 45.8 and 52.4%). Each diet was fed to quadruplicate groups of fish(100 fish per each group) in freshwater cages. Sampling analysis after feeding, Results showed that the dietary protein requirement of triploid rainbow trout was 45.8% dry matter under 20% dietary lipid(22 kJ/g gross energy). Optimal dietary protein level improved the digestive and absorptive abilities of protein. Diets with low protein levels(31.6-35.4%) might lead to oxidative damage of fish liver, while diet with excess protein level(52.4%) might limit the fish peptides absorption.
