三种脂肪源中添加维生素E对罗氏沼虾生长、肌肉质构及血液生化的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨同脂肪源饲料中补充维生素E(VE)对罗氏沼虾生长性能、肌肉质构和血液生化指标的影响,试验配制豆油、菜籽油和鱼油三种脂肪源,且添加200mg/kg正常水平VE和600mg/kg高水平VE的6组等氮等能饲料,分别为豆油+200mg/kg VE组、豆油+600mg/kgVE组、菜籽油+200mg/kgVE组、菜籽油+600mg/kgVE组、鱼油+200mg/kgVE组、鱼油+600mg/kgVE组,并分别记为S1、S2、R1、R2、F1、F2,饲养幼虾8周。结果表明:(1)生长方面,饵料系数S1组显著低于R1(P<0.05);S1组增重率、特定生长率显著高于F1(P<0.05)。(2)肉质方面,弹性F2组显著高于R2组(P<0.05);胶黏性F1组显著高于S1和R1组(P<0.05);耐咀性R1组显著高于S1(P<0.05)。(3)血液生化方面,谷草转氨酶活性R2组显著低于R1组(P<0.05),F2组显著低于F1组(P<0.05);总胆固醇含量F1组显著低于R1组(P<0.05)。因此,本实验表明罗氏沼虾最适脂肪源为豆油,在鱼油和菜籽油饲料中添加600mg/kg VE能改善罗氏沼虾肉质并影响生长。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of fat sources, soybean oil, rapeseed oil and fish oil, were prepared. Six groups of isoenergetic diets were added with 200 mg/kg normal VE and 600 mg/kg high VE, respectively. G/kg VE group, soybean oil+600 mg/kg VE group, rapeseed oil+200 mg/kg VE group, rapeseed oil+600 mg/kg VE group, fish oil+200 mg/kg VE group, fish oil+600 mg/kg VE group, and were recorded as S1, S2, R1, R2, F1, F2 respectively. The young shrimps were fed for 8 weeks. The results showed that:(1) The growth of S1 group was significantly lower than that of R1 group(P < 0.05), and the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of S1 group were significantly higher than that of F1 group(P < 0.05).(2) Flesh quality, elasticity F2 group was significantly higher than R2 group(P < 0.05); adhesive F1 group was significantly higher than S1 and R1 group(P < 0.05); mouth proof R1 group was significantly higher than S1 group(P < 0.05).(3) In blood biochemistry, the activity of glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase in R2 group was significantly lower than that in R1 group(P < 0.05), that in F2 group was significantly lower than that in F1 group(P < 0.05), and that of total cholesterol in F1 group was significantly lower than that in R1 group(P < 0.05). Therefore, soybean oil was the most suitable fat source for M. rosenbergii. Adding 600 mg/kg VE to fish oil and rapeseed oil feed could improve the meat quality and affect the growth of M. rosenbergii.
