不同养殖密度下鱼粉水平对青鱼幼鱼生长、免疫的影响
Effects of fish meal levels on growth performance and immunity of black carp at different densities

【摘要】 为研究鱼粉水平和养殖密度对青鱼生长、免疫的影响,本试验采用鱼粉水平(10%、20%)×养殖密度(50、100、200尾/箱)的双因素设计,将青鱼分为L50、L100、L200、H50、H100、H200 6组。结果显示:1)生长性能:养殖前期(第8周),青鱼的增重率随密度的增加呈先上升后下降趋势;H200组的青鱼增重率高于L200组,但在养殖后期(第16周)显著低于L200组。2)免疫应激指标:养殖前期,低鱼粉组青鱼的LSZ、GIU随密度的升高先下降后上升,S-Ig A有提高的趋势;H200组的LSZ、C4、IgM、S-Ig A和COR含量均高于L200组,GIU低于L200组。养殖后期,高低鱼粉组的C4随密度的增加呈下降后上升的趋势。H200组的IgM和COR含量均高于L200组,GIU低于L200组。综上所述,高密度养殖会使青鱼幼鱼生长性能降低,且对机体免疫、抗应激能力产生负面影响;养殖前期提高饲料鱼粉水平对高密度组生长有促进作用,且对青鱼免疫、抗应激能力有一定改善作用。
【Abstract】 The experiment used two-factor design of fishmeal level(10%, 20%) × culture density(50, 100, 200 tails/box) to study the effects on growth and immunity of black carp.The results showed that: 1) Growth : In the early stage(8 weeks), the weight gain rate of black carp increased first and then decreased with the increase of density, the weight gain rate in H200 was higher than L200, and significantly lower than it in the late stage(16 weeks). 2)Immune stress index: In the early stage, the LSZ,GIU of black carp in low fish meal decreased first and then increased with the increase of density, and LSZ,C4,IgM,S-IgA and COR in H200 was higher than L200,GIU was lower than it. In the later stage, the C4 of high and low fish meal decreased with the increase of density, IgM and COR in H200 were higher than L200, and GIU were lower than it. In conclusion, high density can reduce the growth of black carp and have negative effect on immunity and anti-stress ability,raising fish meal can promote the growth of the high density group in the early, and it has improvement effect on immunity and anti-stress of black carp.
