辣木叶提取物对罗氏沼虾生长及抗氧化的研究

【摘要】 本研究旨在探究辣木叶提取物对罗氏沼虾生长、抗氧化性能和抗应激能力的影响。试验分为5组,分别投喂含0、0.25%、0.5%、和1%辣木叶提取物以及0.025%恩诺沙星的饲料。其中,恩诺沙星为阳性对照。每组3个重复,养殖期为60天。结果表明,试验组的生长性能和饲料利用率优于对照组,其中添加0.5%辣木叶提取物末重、特定生长率和蛋白利用率最高且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。从抗氧化指标来看,CAT活性随着添加量的提高呈先升高后降低的趋势,0.5%辣木叶提取物添加组活性最高并且与1%添加组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。GSH-Px活性变化趋势与CAT相同。与对照组相比,添加0.25-0.5%辣木叶提取物SOD活性相对较高且比1%添加组显著增加(P>0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,NO含量除1%辣木叶提取物添加组外显著降低(P<0.05),各组间iNOS活性差异不显著(P>0.05),但是0.5%辣木叶提取物添加组iNOS活性最高。因此,从生长指标和饲料系数做二元回归分析得出辣木叶提取物的最适添加量分别0.46%、0.49%,综合抗氧化与生长指标来看,适宜需要量为0.46-0.49%。

【Abstract】 Over a 60 day experimental period, the effects of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on the growth, antioxidant enhancing capabilities.The basal diet was supplemented with 0, 0.25%, 0.5% and 1.0% M. oleifera leaf extract. The fifth diet formulated for the sake of comparison was supplemented with 0.025% Enrofloxacin. With respect to growth and nutrient utilization; the supplemented groups outperformed the non-supplemented group. The growth performance was observed in the 0.5% supplemented diet which was significantly different(P<0.05). Also, best performance with respect to feed efficiency was observed in the 0.5% M. oleifera supplemented group(P<0.05). Activities of CAT and GPx rose in a dose dependent manner up to the 0.5% group, after which there was a decrease. Based on a second order regression analysis the optimum level at which the growth performance and antioxidant parameters were achieved was determined to be at an inclusion level of between 0.46-0.49% M. oleifera leaf extract.
