维生素E对高脂氧化应激罗氏沼虾生长、肉质及抗氧化的影响
Effects of vitamin E on growth, meat quality and oxidative stress induced by high-fat diet in Macrobrachium rosenbergii

【摘要】 试验用8%脂肪+200 mg/kg VE(CFVE1,对照组)、12%脂肪+200 mg/kg VE(HFVE1)、8%脂肪+600 mg/kg VE(CFVE2)及12%脂肪+600 mg/kg VE(HFVE2)4种饲料投喂罗氏沼虾8周,考察生长、肉质及抗氧化等指标的影响。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,高脂HFVE1组极显著降低了增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)(P<0.01);与HFVE1组相比,HFVE2组显著提高了WG和SGR(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,高脂HFVE1组极显著提高了肌肉滴水损失和蒸煮损失(P<0.01);与HFVE1组相比,HFVE2组显著降低了滴水损失(P<0.05),极显著降低了蒸煮损失和肌肉硬度(P<0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,高脂HFVE1组显著降低了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);与HFVE1组相比,HFVE2组显著提高了GSH-Px活性(P<0.05)。因此,饲料中添加600mg/kg维生素E能够缓解高脂诱导的罗氏沼虾生长受阻、肉质下降及抗氧化应激。
【Abstract】 Macrobrachium rosenbergii was fed with 8% fat + 200 mg/kg vitamin E(CFVE1, control group), 8% fat + 600 mg/kg VE(CFVE2), 12% fat + 200 mg/kg VE(HFVE1) and 12% fat + 600 mg/kg(HFVE2) diet respectively for 8 weeks to investigate growth, meat quality and antioxidant indexes. Results showed that:(1) Compared with control group, the weight gain rate(WG) and specific growth rate(SGR) were highly significantly reduced in HFVE1 group(P<0.01); compared with HFVE1 group, HFVE2 group significantly improved WG and SGR(P<0.05).(2) Compared with control group, HFVE1 group significantly increased dripping loss and cooking loss(P<0.01); compared with HFVE1 group, HFVE2 group significantly reduced dripping loss(P<0.05), and highly significantly reduced cooking loss and meat hardness(P<0.01).(3) Compared with control group, GSH-Px activity was significantly reduced in HFVE1 group(P<0.05); compared with HFVE1 group, GSH-Px activity was significantly increased in HFVE2 group(P<0.05). This study revealed that high dose(600 mg/kg) vitamin E can partly alleviate growth obstruction, meat quality degrading and oxidative stress induced by high-fat diet.
