两种鱼粉水平对9个斑节对虾家系生长性能及饲料利用的影响

【摘要】 本试验研究了鱼粉水平分别为30%和20%的饲料对9个斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)家系生长性能及饲料利用的影响,试验结果表明9个斑节对虾家系在两种鱼粉水平饲料下的特定生长率、存活率、饲料系数及饲料干物质表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。20%鱼粉水平饲料组中,1号、3号、5号、9号家系的存活率分别为58.89±4.84、55.56±10.94、73.34±8.82、64.44±5.88,显著高于其余家系(P<0.05),并且这些家系的增重率和特定生长率在数值上均高于30%鱼粉水平饲料组。双因素方差分析结果显示,饲料鱼粉水平与斑节对虾家系不存在显著性交互作用,说明斑节对虾家系的生长性能及对饲料利用与饲料鱼粉水平无关,而与斑节对虾遗传因素相关。试验结果为通过家系选育筛选出适应低鱼粉水平饲料的优良品系提供了理论依据及数据参考。

【Abstract】 Effects of dietary fish meal levers(30%,20%) on growth performance and feed utilization of Penaeus monodon from 9 families were conducted under laboratory condition. The results showed that there were no significant differences in specific growth rate(SGR), survival rate(SR), feed conversion ratio(FCR) and apparent feed dry matter digestibility between the 9 Penaeus monodon families fed with two dietary fish meal levels diets. The survival rates of families No. 1, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 9 in 20% fish meal level diet group were 58.89±4.84、55.56±10.94、73.34±8.82、64.44±5.88, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in other families, and the specific growth rates of these families were higher than those in 30% fish meal level diet group.TWO-WAY ANOVA analysis showed that there was no significant interaction between dietary fish meal level and Penaeus monodon family. The growth performance and feed utilization of Penaeus monodon family were not related to dietary fish meal level, but to genetic factors of Penaeus monodon. The results provide a theoretical basis and data reference for the selection of fine strains adapted to low fish meal level feed by families.The results provide a theoretical basis and data reference for screening fine strains adapted to low dietary fish meal level through family breeding.
