山东南部近海口虾蛄空间分布特征及其季节变化

【摘要】 本文采用Moran’sⅠ指数和分布重心法等分析方法,研究了山东半岛南部近海口虾蛄相对生物量的空间分布和空间自相关特征,比较了2016年10月,2017年1月、5月、8月四个季节口虾蛄分布特征的变化及其影响因素。结果表明:山东南部近海口虾蛄渔获率在各季节间差异明显,从高到低依次是8月>5月>10月>1月,从春季至冬季分布重心纬度逐渐降低,经度波动幅度较小。各季节口虾蛄渔获率在调查海域均呈现显著的空间正相关,Moran’Ⅰ指数秋季(0.34)>春季(0.30)>夏季(0.28)>冬季(0.16),空间相关性的变化可能与不同季节口虾蛄的繁殖习性等生活史特征有关。利用Moran散点图,本研究判定了各个季节渔获率高值聚集的站位。口虾蛄集中分布于调查海域的西北部,原因可能是口虾蛄偏好淤泥质粉砂的底质环境。

【Abstract】 This study used center of distribution of gravity and Moran s Ⅰ index to analyze the spatial distribution of the catch rate of Oratosquilla oratoria in the southern waters of Shandong Peninsula. We estimated the distribution center and spatial autocorrelation and compared the differences among October 2016, January 2017, May 2017 and August 2017, and explored the potential influential factors. We found substantial monthly variation in the catch rate of O. oratoria was ranked as August>May>October>January. The distribution pattern was relatively consistent, showing a generally declining trend in latitude throughout the survey period with the lowest value in winter. The longitude of distribution center varied in a relatively small range. The catch rate showed significant positive spatial autocorrelation in different seasons in all four seasons in survey areas. Moran’ Ⅰ index was the highest in autumn(0.34), followed by spring(0.30) and summer(0.28), and was the lowest in winter(0.16). The changes of spatial autocorrelation might attribute to the spawning activities of the species. According to the Moran’ Ⅰ scatterplots, we identified the survey sites with concentrated catch rates. The population of O. oratoria concentrated in the northwest of survey area, which implied that muddy silt was the preference of sediment types of O. oratoria.
