不同光质下添加NaHCO3对长茎葡萄蕨藻生长及光合色素的影响

【摘要】 研究了两种不同光质(蓝红光(5:1)、白光)下添加不同浓度的NaHCO3对长茎葡萄蕨藻生长和光合色素的影响。经多因素方差分析,结果表明:添加NaHCO3对藻的生长和光合色素产生显著影响(p<0.05),改变光质对二者影响不显著(p>0.05),但添加NaHCO3与改变光质的交互作用对二者有显著影响(p<0.05);添加NaHCO3可能比改变光质更能促进藻生长。单因素方差分析得出,在白光、蓝红光下NaHCO3添加浓度分别为6mmol/L、4mmol/L时藻的生长和光合色素含量最大(p<0.05);且在两种光质下藻的生长和光合色素含量都随NaHCO3添加浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;可见适当补充NaHCO3有利于长茎葡萄蕨藻生长。研究结果可为将NaHCO3添加运用到长茎葡萄蕨藻规模化养殖提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 This paper has explored the effects of different concentrations of NaHCO3 addition on the growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of Caulerpa lentillifera under two different light quality(blue/red light(5:1), white light). After Multi-way ANOVA, results show that NaHCO3 addition had significant effects on the growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of algae(p<0.05), altering light quality had no significant effect on them(p>0.05), but the interaction between NaHCO3 addition and altering light quality had a significant effect on them(p < 0.05). Adding NaHCO3 may promote algal growth more than altering light quality. Results of One-Way ANOVA show that the growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of algae were the highest(p<0.05) when the concentration of NaHCO3 was 6 mmol/L under white light and 4 mmol/L under blue/red light(5:1). Growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of algae under both light qualities presented a trend that increasing first and then decreasing with the increasing of NaHCO3 concentration. It can be seen that appropriate NaHCO3 addition promotes the growth of C· lentillifera. Results can provide a theoretical basis for applying NaHCO3 addition to large-scale cultivation of C· lentillifera.
