一例汉寿中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)急性死亡的病原菌分离、鉴定与药敏分析

【摘要】 2016年6月,从湖南省汉寿县一例患急性死亡疑似病原菌中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)的体表(HTE)、肺部(HTL)、脾脏(HTS)、鳃腺(HTG)分离出4株优势菌并对其进行分离、鉴定与药敏分析。试验结果表明,毒力检测HTL有很强的α溶血环,HTG有微弱的α溶血环,THE、HTS不溶血;形态观察与16S rDNA序列分析,HTE、HTL、HTS分别鉴定为嗜水气单孢菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、摩氏摩根菌(Morganella morganii)、弗氏枸橼酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii);HTE对多西环素、四环素和哌拉西林高度敏感,HTL对哌拉西林较敏感,HTS对多西环素高度敏感,HTG对所有药物都表现为耐药。

【Abstract】 4 Predominant bacteria were isolated from epidermis(HTE), liver(HTL), spleen(HTS), parotid gland(HTG)of an acute death Turtle(Pelodiscus sinensis) in Hanshou Hunan in June 2016, and then did Isolation, identification and drug sensitivity test to investigate the cuase of acute death. Toxicity test found that HTE, HTL, HTS are α-hemolytic on blood agar plates; Morphologic observationand and 16 Sr DNA sequence analysis shows that HTE, HTL, and HTS were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila, Morganella morganii, and Citrobacter freundii, respectively. Drug Sensitivity test indicated that HTL is sensitive to piperacillin;HTS is highly sensitive to doxycycline bacteriostatic circle diameter;HTE to doxycycline, tetracycline and piperacillin are highly sensitive, HTG is resistant to all drugs.
