国产2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢焊接热影响区粗晶区的再热裂纹敏感性评价方法研究

【摘要】 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢由于V,Ti等强碳化物形成元素的添加,其对焊接接头的再热裂纹敏感性增加,且多发于热影响区粗晶区(coarse grain heat-affected zone,CGHAZ),但目前缺乏有效的评价CGHAZ再热裂纹敏感性的标准。本文采用缺口C形环试验,对国产舞阳钢厂的2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢CGHAZ的再热裂纹敏感性的进行研究,提出了试验的指导过程,确定了缺口C形环试样的取样位置,缺口的方向以及缺口的取样位置等。最终的试验验证了用缺口C形环试验评价CGHAZ再热裂纹敏感性的方法是可行的,为后续该试验评价准则的提出奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Because of the addition of Vanadium and Titanium and other strong carbide forming elements,they increase the reheat cracking susceptibility of welded joints of 2.25 Cr1 Mo0.25 V steel,and the reheat crackings are mainly in the coarse grain heat-affected zone.But there is not an effective method to evaluate the susceptibility of reheat cracking in heat affected zone.In this paper,the reheat cracking susceptibility of the CGHAZ in Chinese Wu Yang’s 2.25 Cr1 Mo0.25 V steel was studied by the notched CRing test.The instruction process of notched C-ring test was proposed,including the sampling location and notch location of C-ring.Finally,the final test results verify that using the method of notched CRing test to evaluate the sensitivity of CGHAZ reheat cracking is feasible,and it also finishes thepreparation work of the proposition oftest evaluation.
