一种大型固定管板换热器有限元分析建模方法

【摘要】 对于大型固定管板换热器,将管板布管区简化为当量实心圆平板进行有限元计算时,常出现布管区周边附近应力强度较大,采用与中心布管区相同的管桥系数进行应力强度评定很难通过的情况。为此提出一种新的建模方法,即管板中心布管区采用当量实心圆平板、换热管采用等效薄壁圆筒,管板周边布管区与换热管均采用三维实体建模。管板中心布管区采用管桥系数按ASME标准相关规定进行评定,而管板周边布管区采用分析设计通用方法进行评定。这种建模方法既能可靠地对管板应力进行评定,又在很大程度上减小了计算规模,为大型固定管板换热器设计提供了一种可行的计算方案。

【Abstract】 For the finite element analysis of the large fixed tubesheet heat exchanger,the tube layout region of the tubesheet is often simplified as an equivalent solid circular plate.However,relatively high stress intensity generally occurs at the outskirt of the tube layout region,which makes it impossible to satisfy the strength requirement when employing the same effective ligament efficiency as that of the central tube layout region.In this paper,a new FE modeling methodology is proposed.Namely,only the central tube layout region is simplify as the equivalent solid circular plate,and with relative tubes simplified as equivalent thin walled cylinder.And the outskirt tube layout region is modeled in three dimensions together with corresponding tubes.In this way,only the central tube layout would be evaluated according to the corresponding regulations of ASME code with the effective ligament efficiency,and the outskirt tube layout region can be evaluated with the general regulations of design by analysis.The proposed FE modeling method not only promises reliable stress evaluation of the tubesheet,but also reduces the computational scale effectively,which provides a feasible FE calculation method for the design of large fixed tubesheet heat exchanger.
