双鞍座/三鞍座卧式容器临界失稳压力参数影响研究

【摘要】 外压鞍式支座卧式容器在工程中应用广泛,研究鞍式支座卧式容器外压失稳临界压力可为其稳定性分析提供依据。本文采用有限元非线性屈曲分析,较为系统地分析了鞍座位置A/L、筒体长径比L/D及筒体径厚比D/T三个无量纲参数对分析模型临界失稳压力的影响。研究结果表明:双鞍座/三鞍座卧式容器最佳鞍座位置分别为A=0.33L及A=0.25L;三鞍座卧式容器分析模型临界失稳压力P3cr均大于双鞍座卧式容器分析模型临界失稳压力P2cr,三鞍座卧式容器适宜长径比为8≤L/D≤32;三鞍座卧式容器中间鞍座对筒体抗外压能力起到加强作用,长径比越大、径厚比越小,中间鞍座强化作用越显著。
【Abstract】 The saddle supported horizontal vessels under external pressure were applied widely in engineering,while the research of its critical external pressure could provide useful guide for the stability analysis.In this paper,the finite element nonlinear buckling analysis was used to analyze the effects of different structure parameters A/L,L/D and D/T on critical pressure.The research results show that the optimal saddle positions of two-saddle-and three-saddle supported horizontal vessels are A=0.33 L and A=0.25 L respectively.All of the critical external pressures of three-saddle supported horizontal vessels are larger than those of two-saddle supported horizontal vessels and the proper ratio of length to diameter of three-saddle supported horizontal vessel is 8≤L/D≤32.It is also indicated that the stiffening effect of middle saddle is obviously with larger length to diameter ratio L/D and smaller diameter to thickness ratio D/T.
