基于检测数据的在役储罐地基沉降曲线拟合方法

【摘要】 地基沉降会对在役储罐的结构和力学性能产生很大的影响,造成储罐的屈曲失稳,严重危害石油储备库的安全。采用现场测量和理论推导等方法,研究在役储罐基于实测地基沉降数据的沉降曲线拟合方法。采用水准观测法,对某在役储罐的地基沉降进行了实地测量。提出一种基于实测沉降数据的地基沉降曲线拟合方法。针对沉降观测点数量为奇数和偶数两种不同情况,采用离散傅里叶变换方法,推导沿罐壁底部圆周方向连续分布的傅里叶级数形式理论表达式。通过与已有文献中的方法进行对比,验证了该方法的准确性,并将该方法应用于处理实测地基沉降数据,可准确地反映罐壁底部的实际沉降情况。

【Abstract】 Settlement of foundation will have a great influence on the structure and mechanical properties of in-service tanks.It could cause buckling of tanks and endanger safety of petroleum reserves.Field measurement and theoretical derivation methods are used to research the settlement curve fitting method based on measured settlements of in-service tanks.Foundation settlements of an in-service tank is measured in site by the leveling method.A settlement curve fitting method based on measured settlements is presented.For two different cases when the number of measurement points is odd and even,discrete Fourier transform is applied to derive the settlement theoretical expression in the form of Fourier series that distributed continuously in the circumferential direction beneath the tank wall.The accuracy of the presented method is verified by comparing the methods in the existing literature.The foundation settlements are manipulated by the presented method and the actual settlement condition beneath the tank wall is accurately reflected.
