PE管材热熔对接接头蠕变裂纹增长规律的研究

【摘要】 PE管材热熔对接时会在对接面产生片状缺陷,影响PE管材的使用寿命。利用CRB试件对PE100热熔接头在不同应力比下进行了疲劳裂纹扩展试验,并外推得到静载下的蠕变裂纹增长规律。基于线弹性断裂力学,对含内壁环向半椭圆裂纹的PE100管材热熔对接接头进行了寿命预测,得到了使用寿命50年允许的最大裂纹深度。

【Abstract】 Flaked defects would be produced during the butt fusion of PE pipes,which has negative effects on the service life of PE pipes.Fatigue tests of butt fusion joint of PE100 were conducted at different stress ratios using cracked round bar(CRB)specimens,and the creep crack growth behavior under static loading was obtained by extrapolation.Based on the linear elastic fracture mechanics,maximum crack depth for butt fusion joint of PE pipes with internal circumferential elliptical crack was determined under service life 50 years.
