基于失效评定图的含周向缺陷管道简化评定方法

【摘要】 工业管道不可避免地存在着原始或使用中产生的超标缺陷,将这些含超标缺陷的管道全部修复或替换是既不可能也不必要的。GB/T 19624—2004附录G方法是以失效评定图方法为基础的简便评定方法,然而这一方法在确定起裂载荷比时涉及的查表插值过程过于烦琐,给工程应用带来不便。针对上述问题,本文提出了确定起裂载荷比的四系数法。经对比,四系数法与由失效评定曲线计算出的理论值差异较小,且与附录G方法的预测结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 The inevitable excessive defects are always found in industry pipelines due to manufactural problems or damages in service.It is impossible and unnecessary to repair(or replace)all the pipelines containing excessive defects.The method in appendix G of GB/T 19624—2004 is a simplified assessment method based on Failure Assessment Diagram method.However,too much reference tables are used when this approach trying to evaluate the crack initiation load ratio,which troubles engineers a lot.In order to solve this problem,this article proposes the 4-parameter approach for evaluating the crack initiation load ratio.The proposed approach has a small different with the theoretical approach and has the same accuracy with appendix G simplified approach.
