【摘要】 以东北地区某钢铁企业的烧结设备为对象,根据其烧结过程中的物料配比,基于C#编程语言及SQL Server数据库编制了烧结过程能量衡算软件。该软件可根据现场返回的烧结设备的物料收支数据、设备的操作参数及生产的过程参数,实现烧结过程的能量衡算及烧结设备正平衡、反平衡效率的计算,相关结果可以实时显示,为查找烧结过程主要耗能环节、改善烧结过程能量利用状况、提高烧结过程能量利用率提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the materials blending ratio data of an iron and steel plant located in the northeast China,a Sintering Process Energy Balance Software was programmed using C# language and SQL Server Database.According to the materials budget data of the sintering machine collected from the production field,the software can realize the energy balancing of the sintering process and the calculation of direct and indirect balance efficiency of the sintering machine.The calculation result can be displayed in real time and used as the theoretical foundation of the performance optimization of the sintering craft as well as the thermal efficiency improvement of the sintering machine.更多还原
