【摘要】 汽车产业作为我国的支柱产业之一,为我国经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。随着新技术的推陈出新,新一轮的汽车产业革命蓄势待发。然而我国汽车工业的发展却并不理想,这与大量出台的产业政策的目标有所不符。那么究竟相关汽车产业政策有效性如何,则成为学者们关注的重点。本文通过全国范围的面板数据,从量和质两个角度对中国汽车产业政策有效性进行回归分析,最终发现中国汽车产业政策能够在一定程度上鼓励研发和改善投资进而促进产业发展,但并不都能够有效地推动研发活动,且对产业内职工结构的优化没有起到应有的作用。同时以此结合实际找出原因,并针对相关问题提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the pillar industries in our country, automobile industry has made indelible contributions to our economy and people’s livelihood. With the introduction of new technologies, a new round of automobile industry revolution is ready to start. However, the development of China’s automobile industry is not ideal, which is inconsistent with the objectives of a large number of industrial policies.So how effective the relevant automotive industry policies are and what are the reasons are the focus of scholars’ attention. Based on the panel data of 20 years nationwide, this paper makes a regression analysis of the effectiveness of China’s automobile industry policy from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, and finally finds that China’s automobile industry policy can encourage R&D and improve investment to a certain extent, thus promoting industrial development, but not all of them can effectively promote R&D activities and produce products. The optimization of staff structure in the industry has not played its due role.At the same time, the reasons are found out and some suggestions are put forward.更多还原
