【摘要】 售电公司的市场行为表现关系着我国售电侧市场改革的推进效率,针对售电公司的市场行为提出了一套评价体系,评价体系考虑了售电公司个体和售电行业整体两个评估对象,从财务状况、信用状况、业务状况、市场交易能力和社会福利五个方面对售电公司个体市场行为进行评价,同时从市场结构、市场竞争、市场开放、市场交易能力和社会福利五个方面对售电行业整体市场行为进行评价。最后采用江苏省交易中心部分月交易数据作为算例对评价方法进行验证。算例结果表明,构建的评价体系能区分出市场表现优劣的个体,也能发现行业整体的趋势或潜在隐患,对售电公司经营者具有一定的指导作用,对市场交易中心的管理工作有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The market behavior of the electricity retailers is related to the promotion efficiency of the sales side market reform in China. A set of evaluation system for the market behavior of the electricity retailers is proposed. The evaluation system considers the two evaluation objects of the individual and the electricity sales industry. From the five aspects of financial status, credit status, business status, market trading ability and social welfare, the individual market behavior of the electricity sales company is evaluated. At the same time, it is divided into five aspects: market structure, market competition, market opening, market trading ability and social welfare. Evaluation of the overall market behavior of the electricity sales industry. Finally, the partial transaction data of Jiangsu Provincial Trading Center was used as an example to verify the evaluation method.
