环氧树脂含量对环氧/非异氰酸酯聚氨酯杂化材料性能的影响

【摘要】 通过将双酚A型环氧树脂(BADGE)引入到非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)体系中,对其性能进行改性,研究了BADGE含量对环氧/NIPU杂化材料性能的影响。通过红外光谱、在不同溶剂中的溶胀行为、力学性能以及热失重对其性能进行详细分析。结果表明:通过预聚体法将BADGE引入NIPU中可为材料提供硬段和交联度,使性能得到大大提升。当w(BADGE)为35%时,拉伸强度达到10.7MPa,同时断裂伸长率也可达到160.3%。各个环氧/NIPU杂化材料的热失重Td5%和Td50%分别超过了263℃和362℃。

【Abstract】 The influence of bisphenol A type epoxy resin(BADGE)content on the performance of the epoxy/non-isocyanate polyurethane(NIPU)hybrid materials was investigated in by introducing the BADGE into the NIPU system for modifying its performance.The performance of such hybrid materials were analyzed in detail by using infrared spectrum,swelling behavior in different solvents,mechanical performance and thermo-gravimetric analysis.The results show that introducing BADGE into NIPU by the prepolymer method,it can provide the rigid segment and crosslinking density for the materials,so that the performance is greatly improved.When the mass fraction of BADGE was 35%,the tensile strength reached 10.7 MPa and elongation at break reached 160.3%.Meanwhile,the weight loss at Td5% and Td50% of each epoxy/NIPU hybrid material exceeded 263 ℃and 360 ℃,respectively.
