透明质酸微球的制备及表征

【摘要】 目的:构建适宜牙髓再生的透明质酸微球支架。方法:乳化-交联法制备透明质酸微球,将该微球材料与DPSC共培养,通过SEM观察、MTT、Western blot检测,评价DPSC细胞在微球存在的微环境内的粘附、增殖和分化。结果:乳化-交联法可制备透明质酸微球,该微球规则、圆整、粒径分布较窄,DPSC可在透明质酸微球表面粘附、生长、增殖和分化。结论:透明质酸微球可作为DPSC细胞支架应用于牙髓再生。

【Abstract】 Objective:to construct hyaluronic acid microspheres scaffold suitable for pulp regeneration.Methods:hyaluronic acid microspheres were prepared by emulsification-cross-linking method.The microspheres were co-cultured with DPSC,and the adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of DPSC cells were evaluated by SEM observation,MTT and Western blot detection.Results:by emulsifying and crosslinking,hyaluronic acid microspheres were prepared.The microspheres were regular,round and narrow in size distribution.DPSC could adhere,grow,proliferate and differentiate on the surface of hyaluronic acid microspheres.Conclusion:hyaluronic acid microspheres can be used as DPSC scaffold for pulp regeneration.
