牙胶类根管充填材料的导热性对侧支根管充填深度的影响

【摘要】 目的:探究牙胶类根管充填材料导热性对侧支根管充填深度的影响。方法:静电纺丝技术结合电沉积法制备镀银二氧化硅纤维(SiNFs/Ag),以不同份数(0phr,20phr,50phr)填充含氧化锌填料的天然胶(EUG)和合成胶(反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯,TPI),制备牙胶类根管充填材料。激光闪射法测量导热系数。距工作长度1 mm和5 mm处制备离体牙侧支根管,热牙胶充填技术加热加压至WL-4mm,体视显微镜观察侧支根管充填深度。采用单因素方差分析(one-wayANOVA/LSD/Dunnett T3)。结果:SiNFs/Ag份数增加,导热系数提高,同等份数,EUG组高于TPI组。SiNFs/Ag份数增加,EUG组和TPI组侧支根管(WL-5mm)充填深度增加,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。相同SiNFs/Ag份数,EUG组高于TPI组(P<0.05)。WL-1mm,侧支根管均无牙胶进入。结论:侧支根管充填深度与牙胶材料导热性有关,受胶成分影响。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of composition and thermal conductivity of gutta-percha based root canal filling composite materials on depth of the lateral canal obturaion.Methods:After silver-coated silica fiber(SiNFs/Ag)prepared with electrospun technique,composite materials were prepared with different content of SiNFs/Ag(Ophr,20 phr,50 phr) and gutta-percha(EUG) or synthetic trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI),which were all filled with 80 phr zinc oxide.Thermal conductivity was measured with laser flash analyzer.After compaction to WL-4 mm using warm vertical compaction technique,the depth of the lateral canal obturation was measured by stereomicroscope(×10) at 1 mm and 5 mm from the working length.The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA(LSD/Dunnett T3).Results:After SiNFs/Ag filled,all the materials showed increased thermal conductivity.EUG:0 phr(1.135 w/mk)<20 phr(1.215 w/mk)<50 phr(1.248 w/mk).TPI:0 phr(0.793 w/mk)<20 phr(0.818 w/mk)<50 phr(0.944 w/mk).At WL-5 mm for EUG and TPI groups,the depths of obturation increased with more comtent of SiNFs/Ag filled,although there wre no statistical differences(P>0.05).EUG group:0 phr(1.540±0.290) mm,20 phr(1.708±0.237) mm,50 phr(1.747±0.114) mm.TPI group:0 phr(1.110±0.115)mm,20 phr(1.1180±0.052)mm,50 phr(1.155±0.162)mm.The depth of lateral canal obturaion in EUG group was higher than TPI group,which were filled with the same content of SiNFs/Ag.However,at WL-lmm,there was no materials filled into lateral canals independence of gutta percha type or SiNFs/Ag content.Conclusion:The depth of lateral canal obturation was thermal conductivity and gutta percha type dependent.
