河北某淀粉厂沼气脱硫工艺及成本效益分析

【摘要】 淀粉废水通常采用厌氧回收沼气方式进行前处理,沼气从消化装置产出时,将携带大量的H2S。河北某淀粉厂的厌氧消化工艺中,沼气H2S含量30~50 g/m3,采取湿法脱硫工艺,出气<15 mg/m3。硫经熔硫釜回收后,硫磺纯度达99.9%以上,日均产量900~1200 kg。然该工艺运行成本高,为降低成本,提出新增一条H2S驱动的自养反硝化工艺路径,采取硫自养反硝化代替厂区内"好氧-厌氧-好氧"的厌氧段甲醇为碳源的异养反硝化,可减轻脱硫负荷437.4 kg/d,缩减成本1282.69元/d,减少碳足迹282.86 kg/d。

【Abstract】 Starch wastewater is usually pretreated by anaerobic recovery of biogas,and biogas will carry a large amount of H2S when it is produced from the digestion unit.In the anaerobic digestion process of Hebei a starch factory,the biogas H2S content was 30 ~ 50 g/m3,and the wet desulfurization process was adopted,and the gas output was less than 15 mg/m3.After the sulfur was recovered by the molten sulfur kettle,the purity of sulfur was over 99.9%,and the average daily output was 900~ 1200 kg.However,cost of the process was too high,in order to reduce costs,this study proposed a new hydrogen sulfidedriven autotrophic denitrification process path,taking sulfur autotrophic denitrification instead of " aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic" which used methanol in the plant area,and it could reduce the desulfurization load by 437.4 kg/d,reduce the cost by1282.69 RMB/d,and reduce the carbon footprint by 282.86 kg/d.
