【摘要】 针对常规光电器件在不同特殊环境中的性能研究需要,利用提供避光条件的暗室、高低温实验箱、匀强永磁体、屏蔽地磁场的螺线管线圈、束流辐照装置、发光二极管等实现高低温、强磁场、地磁场、辐照、加速老化特殊环境;利用程控高压电源、程控低压电源、脉冲信号发生器、皮秒激光器、波长计、功率计、VME数据获取系统、高精度数字万用表、高精度小电流测试仪、磁场强度测试仪、束流辐照剂量测量装置、温湿度传感器等设备完成硬件搭建;以LabVIEW为开发平台,基于RS-232、USB、LAN接口协议访问实验设备,实现光电倍增管性能参数(单光电子谱、量子效率、增益)、发光二极管性能参数(光源强度、光源波长)、环境参数(辐照剂量、磁场强度、电源特性、温湿度)的实时在线监测。

【Abstract】 To study the performance of the optoelectronic devicesin special environments, such as high and low temperature, strong magnetic field, geomagnetic field, electron beam irradiation, accelerating aging, a series of test system were designed for these measurement. The high/low temperature test chamber, a uniform permanent magnet, solenoid coils, beam irradiation devices, light-emitting diodes in a darkroom were used to generate these special environments. A lot of hardware platforms were built by theprogrammable high/low voltage power supply, thepulse generator, thepicosecond/OPO laser, thewavelength/powder meter, VME data acquisition systems, thehigh precision digital multimeter, a high precision current meter, a gauss meter, a beam irradiation dose-measuring device, temperature and humidity sensors. Monitoring host accessed equipments by RS-232, USB, LAN interface protocols in LabVIEW. With these systems, we can real-time monitor photomultiplier tube properties(single photoelectron spectroscopy, quantum efficiency, gain and so on), theperformance parameters of light emitting diode(light intensity, light wavelength), and the environmental parameters(irradiation dose, the magnetic field strength, power characteristics, temperature and humidity).
