上虞体育场复杂节点设计与有限元分析

【摘要】 上虞体育会展区体育场项目为体育类公共建筑,建筑高度约33.8 m。结构下部采用框架结构体系,屋面为立体悬挑钢桁架结构体系。由于K型节点为本工程受力复杂的关键节点,施工工艺要求高,为保证其内部质量,采用大型非线性有限元软件ABAQUS实体单元建立数值分析模型。针对计算过程中出现的应力较集中区域,采用圆弧过渡的方法,有效增大了局部承压面积,降低了横梁左端的应力。分析结果表明,结构整体和K型节点均满足规范设计要求。
【Abstract】 Shangyu sports and exhibition center is a sports public buildings,the overall height of this building is about 33.8 m.The sub-structure utilizes frame structure system,and the roof is three-dimensional cantilever steel truss structure system.Because the key joints always under complex loading conditions,the construction craft will meet high requirements.In order to ensure its quality,using nonlinear finite element ABAQUS to establish the numerical analysis model.In view of the area which is stress concentration during the process of calculating,the stress concentration may be reduced if adopting circular arc transition,it can effectively increase the local pressure area,and can also reduce the stress of beam left.The analysis results indicate that the overall structure and the K-joints can satisfy the requirements of the building codes.
