Ni含量对低合金钢初期腐蚀电化学的影响

【摘要】 对比研究了Q345B、0.75%Ni和3%Ni钢的初期腐蚀性能,并分析了钢的腐蚀电化学行为和腐蚀微观形貌。结果表明:0.75%Ni和3%Ni钢腐蚀速率显著低于普碳钢Q345B,随着Ni元素含量的增大,钢的自腐蚀电位Ecorr增大,自腐蚀电流icorr和阴极塔菲尔斜率bc均呈减小;锈层电阻Rr和电荷传递电阻Rct均呈现增大趋势。实验48h后,Q345B钢表面出现裂纹,而3%Ni钢腐蚀轻微;同时Ni元素可以提高了锈层对Cl-扩散传输的阻力,钢的耐蚀性得到提高。
【Abstract】 The initial corrosion performance of Q345 B, 0.75%Ni and 3%Ni steel and the corrosion electrochemical behavior and corrosion morphology were compared. The results show that the corrosion rates of 0.75% Ni and 3% Ni steels were significantly lower than that of carbon steel Q345B. With the increase of Ni content, the corrosion potential Ecorr of the steels increased, the corrosion current icorr and cathode Tafel slope bc were reduced; Simultaneously, the rust layer resistance Rr and the charge transfer resistance Rct both showed an increasing trend. After 48 h of experiment, cracks appeared on the surface of Q345B steel, while the corrosion of 3% Ni steel was slight. At the same time, Ni element increased the resistance of rust layer to Cl-diffusion transmission, and the corrosion resistance of steel was improved.
