滚筒洗衣机机洗与“空气洗”对织物外观性能影响研究

【摘要】 滚筒洗衣机"空气洗"程序作为一种新型洗涤护理方式,日渐受到消费者的关注。本文选择三种纤维素纤维织物,对比滚筒洗衣机机洗和"空气洗"对其外观平整度和表面磨损度的影响。研究结果表明,机洗和"空气洗"均会造成三种织物平整度的下降,其中机洗后下降了2.1-2.3级,而"空气洗"后则下降了0.9-1.8级。机洗和"空气洗"会使绝大多数织物表面出现起毛、纤维断裂、排列紊乱等形式的磨损,"空气洗"造成的磨损相比机洗较为轻微。
【Abstract】 Air refresh is popular with consumers as a new clothing washing and care procedure.Comparing with conventional front-loading washing,air refresh has less impact on textile smoothness appearance and surface abrasion for cellulose textiles.The results show that both conventional front-loading washing and air refresh can influence smoothness appearance and surface abrasion.Three kinds of cellulose textile’s smoothness appearance grade decrease by 2.1 to 2.3 after front-loading drum washing,while reduce by 0.9 to 1.8 after air refresh.Both drum washing and air fresh can cause fiber hairiness and fracture.However,the surface abrasion caused by drum washing is sever than that of air fresh.
