地毯用吸尘器地刷除尘过程的分析与模拟

【摘要】 为了探究吸尘器地刷在地毯除尘中的机理,本文开展了地刷除尘高速摄影实验和数值仿真。利用计算流体力学方法对地刷工作时的流场进行了仿真,使用欧拉-拉格朗日方法对灰尘的运动进行了计算。研究发现:对于地毯表面的灰尘,除尘主要依靠气流对其的曳力。当气流的曳力足以克服灰尘重力时,灰尘便被吹起。反之,若曳力不足以克服重力时,灰尘便留在原地;对于嵌入地毯纤维内部的灰尘,除尘主要依靠外力拨开地毯,使地毯内部的灰尘暴露于气流之下,然后被气流带走。典型的如地刷吸腔的边缘、滚刷或内置于吸腔的刮尘筋等。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the mechanism of vacuum cleaner brushing in carpet dust removal, a highspeed photography experiment and numerical simulation of ground brushing and dust removal are carried out. The computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate the flow field of the ground brush, and the movement of dust is calculated using the Euler-Lagrangian method. The study finds that for dust on the surface of the carpet,dust removal relies mainly on the drag of the airflow. When the drag of the airflow is sufficient to overcome the dust gravity, the dust is blown up. On the other hand,if the drag is insufficient to overcome the gravity,the dust remains in place; for the dust embedded in the interior of the carpet fiber, the dust mainly relies on external force to open the carpet, so that the dust inside the carpet is exposed to the airflow and then taken away by the airflow. Typically,the edge of the brushing chamber,the roller brush or the dust dam built into the suction chamber.
