超疏水棉织物的硅水溶胶制备法
Preparation of Super-Hydrophobic Cotton Fabrics Based on Silica Hydrosols

【摘要】 采用水性溶胶-凝胶反应,制备超疏水纺织品。在表面活性剂作用下制备了含甲基纳米Si O2(M-Si O2)和十六烷基改性纳米Si O2(H-Si O2)水溶胶,分别采用两步法(即先用M-Si O2水溶胶对棉织物浸轧处理,再进行低表面能修饰)、一步法浸轧H-Si O2水溶胶,对棉织物进行超疏水整理。结果表明制备的M-Si O2和H-Si O2水溶胶较稳定,粒径分布较窄;而H-Si O2水溶胶更容易在棉纤维表面引入致密的低表面能粗糙疏水膜;与两步法相比,一步法整理棉织物接触角达到152.1°,滚动角为8°,沾水等级100,具有工艺简单、节省原料、动态疏水效果更佳的优势。
【Abstract】 Methyl hybrid nano-silica(M-Si O2) hydrosols and hexadecyl modified silica(H-Si O2) hydrosols were synthesized via water-based sol-gel reaction in the presence of surfactant to obtain excellent supe-rhydrophobic surfaces. Super-hydrophobic cotton surfaces were prepared via two-step process of padding with M-Si O2 nano-particles and subsequent low surface energy modification, and one-step process of padding with H-Si O2 hydrosol, respectively. The obtained M-Si O2 and H-Si O2 hydrosols were stable and had narrow size distribution. It was much easier for H-Si O2 hydrosol to introduce dense and rough hydrophobic films with low surface free energy onto the surface of cotton fibers. Compared with the two-step process to prepare superhydrophobic cotton fabrics, one-step process was simple and inexpensive. The cotton fabric treated by one-step process with better dynamic hydrophobicity had a water contact angle of 152.1°, a water roll-off angle of 8°, and water repellency rating of 100.
