【摘要】 目的:探讨超声血管回声跟踪技术(Echo Tracking,ET)评价吸烟者颈动脉血管弹性的应用价值,并结合吸烟者心脏结构功能探讨颈动脉弹性与心脏结构功能的相关关系。方法31例单纯吸烟患者,30例正常非吸烟者,应用ET技术检测两侧颈总动脉的收缩期最大内径(Ds)、舒张期最小内径(Dd)、僵硬度(β)、弹性系数(E p)、顺应性(AC)、膨大指数(AI)以及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)等数项指标,另外测量心脏舒张功能指标二尖瓣口脉冲频谱E/A,组织多普勒E’/A’,肺静脉S峰值/D峰值(Vs/Vd),AR波持续时间(ARD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室心肌质量指数(LVMI)。结果:(1)Dd、Ds、β、E p、AI、PWVβ单纯主动吸烟组与正常组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)单纯主动吸烟组LVDd、LⅧI、ARD高于正常对照组(P<0.05);E/A、E’/A’、E/E’、Vs/Vd组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)(4)相关分析表明单纯主动吸烟组ARD与E p呈正相关(P<0.05),单纯主动吸烟组E/E’与β、E p、PWVβ呈正相关,与AC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟者早期动脉弹性功能降低与心脏舒张功能降低有一定相关关系,舒张功能的降低反应血管弹性功能降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Approached the value of Echo Tracking(ET) on smoking people,and combined with heart diastolic function we wanted to know the relation of left ventricle diastolic function and carotid artery elastic function.Methods:31 cases smoking people and 30 cases of non smokers,applied ET to detect two common carotid arteries,measured the maximum systolic blood vessel diameter(Ds),diastolic minimum diameter(Dd),stifness paramet(0),elastic coefficient(Eρ),compliance(AC),swelling index(AI) and pulse wave velocity(PWVβ),and then adopted echocardiography,we detected mitral E/A、 tissue doppler E’/A’、 pulmonary vein S peak/D peak(Vs/Vd) 、 AR wave duration time(ARD)、 Left Ventriculus end diastole diameter(LVDd)、left ventricular mass index(LVMI).Results:(1) Active smoking group Dd、 Ds、 β、 Eρ、 AC、 AI、 PWVβ compared with the normal group had no statistical significance(P> 0.05);(2)smoking group left ventriculus end diastole diameter(LVDd),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)、 AR wave duration time(ARD) were higher than the normal group(P <0.05).E/A,E’/A’ > E/E’ 、Vs/Vd had no different between two group(3) Correlation analysis showed smoking group ARD had positive relation to Eρ(P <0.05),with increasing of Eρ,ARD elevated;E/E’had positive relation to β、 Eρ、 PWVβ(P <0.05),and negative relation to AC(P <0.05).Conclusions:Heart diastolic function can reflect cigarette smoking people blood vessels elastic function to a certain extent on the early stage.更多还原
