三轮摩托车半轴静扭强度分析及结构优化
Static Strength Analysis and Structure Optimization of Motor Tricycle Axle Shaft

【摘要】 针对三轮摩托车全浮式半轴法兰和轴结合处的断裂问题,进行了静扭强度分析,分析发现该处的应力较其他位置的应力大。为解决这个问题,对该结合处的结构利用OptiStruct结构优化方法提出优化方案。
【Abstract】 The full-floating axle shaft of motor tricycle fractured at the junction of the flange and the shaft. The fracture reason was studied by static tensional strength analysis, and the result showed that the stress value of the junction is larger than other location. To solve this problem, the structure optimization was used to optimize the structure of the junction.
