复合材料弹性力学解及坐标变换法

ELASTIC MECHANICAL SOLUTION OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS AND COORDINATE TRANSFORMATION

【摘要】 复合材料具有各向异性的力学特性,弹性方程较为复杂,其应力边值问题的求解引起广泛关注。以复合材料楔形板承受集中力作为典例,按照弹性力学中的惯用方法进行理论分析。根据复合材料各向异性本构关系,建立求解平面应力问题的基本方程。基于复变函数理论和坐标变换法对控制方程进行求解,选用合理的应力函数推导出正交异性板平面应力应变场的一般表达式。

【Abstract】 Composite materials are of anisotropic behaviours in the mechanic property. The elastic equations are relatively complex. The solutions of stress boundary problems have given wide attention. Typical plane stress boundary problem for a wedge with orthotropic materials is considered and analyzed by the method of elastic mechanics. The complex variable functions including a material parameter are fully analyzed for solving the partial derivation equation. By constructing new stress function, the mechanic analysis of the wedge subjected to a concentrated force is carried out. Based on the theory of complex variable function and the method of coordinate transformation, the stress boundary problem and the governing equation are resolved. By selecting the reasonable stress function, the formulae of stress and strain fields are derived for the wedge with orthotropic materials.
