脉冲风洞中半导体应变天平应用关键技术研究

【摘要】 半导体应变计的应变灵敏度远大于常用的金属电阻应变计,但其温度系数亦比金属电阻应变计高出两个数量级,该研究设计了温度自补偿的半导体应变计,等强度梁实验结果表明,所设计的温度自补偿半导体应变计能够有效的改善半导体应变计的温度效应。针对有效试验时间只有十至几十毫秒的激波风洞,设计了一杆的高频响六分量应变天平,通过天平、支杆一体化等设计,将试验系统的固有频率提升到100Hz以上,使得天平在气动载荷作用下输出的电压信号具有一个以上完整周期,可以用于测力数据后处理。天平校准结果表明,所设计的天平的精度、准度达到国军标要求,满足风洞试验的要求。
【Abstract】 The strain sensitivity of semiconductor strain gage is greater than foil strain gage, but its temperature coefficient also is two orders of magnitude higher than foil strain gage, the technical papers designed temperature compensation of semiconductor strain gage and equal strength beam experimental results show that the strain gage can effectively improve the temperature effect. Design a six-components balance with high frequency for shock tunnel, the balance has more than one cycle signal during test time as the inherent frequency of test system more than 100 Hz. The results of calibration show that the precision and goodness of the balance meet the requirements of national military standard.
