黄尾鲴和花增殖放流标志技术研究

【摘要】 以探讨不同的标记方法对黄尾鲴(Xenocypris davidi)和花(Hemibarbus maculatus)的适用性,对鱼体进行了铁环标记、T标记、切鳍标记、VIE荧光标记和PIT标记,试验各组均以混养的模式培养,混养半年后,分析各组的生长、存活率和标记成功率、效果等情况。研究结果,除T组外,其他各实验组黄尾鲴的平均质量与平均体长都有所增加;除切鳍和PIT组外,其他3个实验组花的平均质量与平均体长都有所增加。黄尾鲴的总存活率与平均存活尾数都表现为的荧光标记>PIT标记>切鳍标记>T标记>铁环标记,花的总存活率与平均存活尾数都表现为的切鳍标记>PIT标记>荧光标记>T标记>铁环标记;其中荧光、切鳍和PIT组的总生存率和标记成功率达90%左右。铁环和T标记易造成伤口腐烂,标记效果差;切鳍组效果具有时间性;荧光和PIT组效果好,荧光标记价格便宜,而PIT标记价格昂贵。结合分析认为,荧光标记可作为黄尾鲴和花大规模标志增殖放流的一种可行的方法。

【Abstract】 To explore the applicability of different ways to mark Xenocypris davidi and Hemibarbus maculatus,there were iron ring,T,cut fins,VIE and PIT label processing,test groups are in collection mode,collection after six months,the analysis of each group of growth,survival and success rate of markup,and so on.In addition to T group,the average quality and average length of Xenocypris davidi increased.Except the cut fins and PIT group,the average quality and average body length of Hemibarbus maculatus increased in other three experimental group.The total survival rate and the average survival of Xenocypris davidi were characterized by VIE>PIT >cut fins>T>iron ring tags,and Hemibarbus maculatus were shown as cut fins>PIT >VIE>T>iron ring tags;The total survival rate and mark success rate of VIE,cut fins and PIT group were about 90%.The iron ring and T mark were easy to cause the wound and the marking effect was poor.The effect of cut fins group was time-sensitive.VIE and PIT groups worked well,and VIE tags are cheap,but PIT marks are expensive.Combining analysis,VIE tags can be used as a feasible method on Xenocypris davidi and Hemibarbus maculatus.
