罗氏沼虾“南太湖2号”的亚硝酸盐和氨氮耐受实验初探

【摘要】 亚硝酸盐和氨氮是罗氏沼虾"南太湖2号"养殖过程中影响其水质的主要因素,本研究采用生物毒性实验的方法研究了沼虾不同阶段对亚硝酸盐和氨氮的耐受力。实验结果表明:在温度为(28±1)℃,pH为7.2±0.1条件下,亚硝酸盐对7日龄罗氏沼虾24h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为76.92、62.57、59.85、56.28、51.28mg/L;对14日龄罗氏沼虾24h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为91.31、81.14、69.13、60.05、49.09mg/L;对20日龄罗氏沼虾24h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为274.86、137.74、105.24、82.08、67.44mg/L;对60日龄罗氏沼虾24h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为281.37、209.43、107.73、90.22、50.03mg/L。随着罗氏沼虾日龄的增大,其对亚硝酸盐的耐受力显著提高,说明幼体阶段对水质的要求更高。氨氮对60日龄罗氏沼虾24h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为1251.3、557.73、329.15、253.35、109.47mg/L,氨氮的半致死浓度显著高于亚硝酸盐的半致死浓度,在养殖过程中更要注重亚硝酸盐的变化。本实验进一步研究了亚硝酸盐和氨氮对60日龄沼虾的联合毒性,4h、48h、72h、96h、144h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为134.12、57.18、48.13、44.3、30.58mg/L,亚硝酸盐和氨氮的联合作用下半致死浓度显著低于单独作用下的半致死浓度。研究获得了罗氏沼虾"南太湖2号"对亚硝酸盐和氨氮的耐受程度,该结果可为沼虾的健康养殖提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Nitrite and ammonia nitrogen are the main factors affecting the water quality during the breeding of the Macrobrachium rosenbergii,South Taihu No.2.In this study,the nitrite and ammonia tolerance of different stages of M.rosenbergii was conducted using biological toxicity methods.The results shown that,under the condition of 28±1 ℃ and pH 7.2±0.1,the LC50of nitrite were 76.92,62.57,59.85,56.28 and 51.28 mg/L for the 7 days old M.rosenbergii at thencorresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.For the 14 days old M.rosenbergii,the LC50 of nitrite were 91.31,81.14,69.13,60.05 and 49.09 mg/L at the corresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.For the 20 days old M.rosenbergii,the LC50 of nitrite were 274.86,137.74,105.24,82.08 and 67.44 mg/L at the corresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.Moreover,for the 60 days old M.rosenbergii,the LC50 of nitrite were 281.37,209.43,107.73,90.22 and 50.03 mg/L at the corresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.These results revealed that the nitrite tolerance of M.rosenbergii increased obviously with the increasing age,which indicated that the larvae needs higher quality water.In addition,for the 60 days old M rosenbergii,the LC50 of ammonia nitrogen were 1251.3,557.73,329.15,253.35 and 109.47 mg/L at the corresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.These LC50values of ammonia nitrogen were significantly higher than those of nitrite,suggesting that more attentions should pay for the changes of nitrite during aquaculturclnterestingly,for the 60 days old M.rosenbergii,the LC50 of single compound were significantly higher than those of combined nitrite and ammonia nitrogen,with LC50 of 134.12、57.18、48.13、44.3、30.58 mg/L at the corresponding treatment times of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 144 h,respectively.In summary,the nitrite and ammonia tolerance of different stages of M.rosenbergii was investigated clearly in this study and these findings are important for the aquaculture of M.rosenbergii.
