【摘要】 目的:了解温州市动物性海产品重金属镉残留水平,评估动物性海产品中镉污染对食用人群的健康风险。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,采集海水鱼195份,海洋甲壳类100份,海洋软体类90份,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测样品中镉含量。结合温州地区居民消费量调查数据,应用Crystal Ball软件对温州市居民食用动物性海产品镉暴露的健康风险进行概率评估。结果:动物性海产品中镉的检出率为78.44%,中位数为0.11mg/kg,软体类中镉含最高(P<0.05)。海水鱼、甲壳类、软体类中存在重金属镉污染的概率分别为3.42%、39.00%、12.22%。温州市居民食用动物性海产品镉暴露量的中位数为109.00μg/月,95%可信区间为(4.60,3345.90)μg/月;居民食用动物性海产品镉暴露贡献比例最高的前两位因素为甲壳类中镉含量和软体类中镉含量。温州市93.54%动物性海产品食用者镉摄入量低于安全限值。结论:温州市居民食用动物性海产品镉暴露水平较低,但仍有6.47%居民食用动物性海产品镉摄入量超过安全限值,可能存在健康风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the residual level of cadmium in animal seafood in Wenzhou,to evaluate the health risk of cadmium pollution in animal seafood.Method:A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to collect 195 marine fish,100 marine crustaceans and 90 marine software.The content of cadmium in the samples was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Based on the survey data of residents’ consumption in Wenzhou area,the probabilistic assessment of cadmium exposed by eating animal seafood in Wenzhou city was evaluated by Crystal Ball software.Results:The detection rate of cadmium in animal seafood was 78.44%,the median was 0.11 mg/kg,and the highest level of cadmium was in marine software(P <0.05).The probability of heavy metal cadmium contamination in marine fish,crustaceans and software were 3.42%,39.00%and 12.22%,respectively.The median of cadmium exposure by eating animal seafood in Wenzhou was 109.00μg/month and 95%confidence interval was(4.60,3345.90) μg/month.The first two factors of the highest contribution rate of cadmium exposure were cadmium content in crustaceans and cadmium content in soft.The cadmium intake of 93.54%animal seafood eaters below the safety limit in Wenzhou.Conclusion:The level of cadmium exposure by eating animal seafood in Wenzhou residents is low,but still 6.47%of the residents of cadmium intake by eating animal seafood exceeds the safety limit.There may be health risks.更多还原
